various monotypes

so i'm slowly in the process of uploading some older work, along with the new. the prints in this post are all monotypes from spring of last year. let me know what you think!

i was asked to design and print thank you cards for the PNCA + MoCC Spring Gala event. i asked the lovely, and ever so talented, morgan bass to  help with the edition. we've spent a very intensive few days tackling that project, but finally wrapped it up last night. they look great, and i'll be posting photos of 'em later this week.

in the mean time, the print collective that i belong to (www.printanddestroy.blogspot.com) is having a show for the month of june at Jam on Hawthorne. so it's yet again back to the grind.

finals!

This is a screenprinted paper sculpture that i made for my final project. It looks a bit like a weird, paper anenome monster. I kinda like it.
And here's a couple pictures of my home away from home..

Today is my last day of class--looking forward to a summer of printmaking without deadlines! If only Portland would cooperate a little bit--I'm craving some sunshine.
